Bengaluru man arrested for severing udders of three cows in Chamarajpet

The Cottonpet police in Bengaluru on Monday arrested a person in reference to severing the udders of three cows, police stated.

The accused, Syed Nasru, had minimize the udders of the cows in Vinayakanagar of Chamarajpet within the wee hours of Sunday, they stated.

The accused has been remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

Nasru was stated to be in an inebriated state when he dedicated the crime, the sources stated.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah took a powerful view of the incident and directed the Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayananda to crack the case.

Opposition outrage

In the meantime, BJP leaders and members of various teams and organizations visited the hospital and strongly condemned the incident.

BJP chief and MLC Ravi Kumar stated that the cows have misplaced lots of blood and urged the federal government to take strict motion.

“I urge the government to identify the miscreants and arrest them. I also request the government to provide a compensation of ₹5 lakh to the owner,” he stated.

The incident led to stress within the space. The cows belong to a neighborhood named Karna. Residents woke as much as the distressing sounds of the cattle and located the injured animals mendacity in a pool of blood, sparking outrage within the locality.
