The Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) on Thursday launched its fourth listing comprising of 9 candidates for the Delhi meeting elections with which the occasion has introduced 68 candidates for 70-member Delhi meeting.

The remaining two seats– Burari and Deoli– are prone to go to BJP allies, occasion leaders stated.
The listing of 9 candidates contains Shikha Rai from Better Kailash, Poonam Sharma from Wazirpur, Bhuvan Tanwar from Delhi Cantt, Ravindra Kumar (Indraj) from Bawana, Chandan Kumar Chaudhary from Sangam Vihar, Ravikant Ujjain from Trilokpuri, Sanjay Goyal from Shahdara, Anil Vashishth from Babarpur and Praveen Nimesh from Gokalpuri.

Rai is the sitting councillor from Better Kailash ward, and he or she shall be difficult the incumbent MLA and minister Saurabh Bhardwaj from the GK meeting constituency. Equally, Chandan Kumar Chaudhary is sitting BJP councillor from Sangam Vihar A ward who shall be pitted in opposition to Aam Aadmi Social gathering’s (AAP) Dinesh Mohaniya–former Delhi Jal Board (DJB) vice chairman.

From Wazirpur meeting, the occasion has fielded Poonam Sharma who’s the sitting councillor from the Ashok Vihar ward.
Final Sunday, BJP had introduced its third listing with single candidate– Mohan Singh Bisht who’s the sitting MLA from Karawal Nagar. Bisht was fielded from Mustafabad.
The method for submitting nominations is within the last phases and January 17 is the deadline for submitting nominations with respective returning officers.

BJP’s first and second lists included a number of distinguished faces together with former MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma, son of former Delhi CM Sahib Singh Verma and BJP secretary Harish Khurana, son of former Delhi chief minister Madan Lal Khurana from Moti Nagar. Different key occasion candidates embrace former South Delhi MP Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalkaji.
The occasion has fielded a number of defectors together with former Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Beautiful from Gandhi Nagar, former AAP minister Kailash Gahlot from Bijwasan and former AAP minister Raaj Kumar Anand.
Meeting elections for the 70 seats of Delhi are scheduled to be held on February 5 and the votes shall be counted on February 8.
