As per NIA investigations, Kodaje Mohammed Sherif was the PFI State Government Committee member and head of the outfit’s service staff.
Kodaje, together with the co-accused, was concerned in imparting arms coaching to the service staff members within the Freedom Group Corridor, Mittur. Kodaje was additionally answerable for conveying the directions for focused killing after a dialogue on the state govt committee of PFI, stated the company.
“It was on these instructions that accused Mustafa Paichar and his team had brutally hacked Praveen Nettaru to death,” it stated.
“The conspiracy was aimed at spreading terror and communal hatred and unrest in the society,” added the NIA.
