Imphal: The Manipur police have arrested three males—allegedly energetic members of the proscribed militant teams United Nationwide Liberation Entrance–Pambei (UNLF-P) faction and Revolutionary Folks’s Entrance/Folks’s Liberation Military (RPF/PLA)—in separate operations in Imphal West on Friday.

In a separate operation, the safety forces apprehended a suspected energetic member of the banned outfit RPF/PLA from a rented home at Sekmai Awang Leikai underneath the Sekmai Police Station in Imphal West district.
The police recognized the suspect as Moirangthem Suraj Meetei, also called Amujao (31), from Khabam Lamkhai in Imphal East district. The safety forces recovered one cellular handset, a pockets with money, and an Aadhaar card from his possession.
