Panic prevailed within the West Pratap Nagar residential locality on Maholi Highway in Mathura following ammonia fuel leakage from an ice manufacturing unit on Sunday morning. Groups of medical doctors rushed to the spot and people in affected space have been evacuated, officers mentioned.
