A 16-year-old pupil died by suicide after allegedly being scolded by his mom for failing in his Tenth-class examination, police stated on Tuesday.

The coed, recognized as Rusi, was reportedly discovered hanging on the highest ground of his residence on Monday afternoon, officers stated.
