Mahira Houses patrons stage protest over 2yr+ delay in challenge

As annoyed patrons of the Mahira Houses sector staged a protest on Friday, the Gurugram bench of the Haryana Actual Property Regulatory Authority (HRERA) introduced that consultants from the Nationwide Buildings Building Company (NBCC) will conduct a techno-feasibility research of all 5 stalled Mahira Houses initiatives. The initiatives have been caught for over two and a half years, following authorized actions towards the developer for licensing violations, officers stated.

HRERA chairman Arun Kumar stated that the NBCC crew, which visited the Sector 68 web site on Friday, will full the research inside a month and submit a report assessing the viability of the initiatives. “We are exploring all possibilities to ensure the completion of these projects, with or without the developer.
