Despite the order of SDM, illegal encroachment is not being removed from the barn land

Kushinagar, Success Media, English Edition: Despite the order passed twice by SDM Tamkuhi regarding illegal encroachment from the barn land in village Gadhiya Chintaman under Tehsil Tamkuhi Raj, the encroachment has not been vacated. This matter is very serious and it smells of departmental negligence. The complainant has lodged a complaint with SDM Tamkuhi Raj and on the Chief Minister’s portal, but no action has been taken in this matter by Halka Lekhpal Shambhu Nath. The question arises that despite so many orders, action is not being taken on whose consent. In this matter, the district administration has not yet noticed this tehsil, which is very worrying. The encroachment is increasing day by day, but instead of taking action against the encroachers, efforts are being made to save them. So much negligence is being shown in getting the encroachment vacated from government land that it is becoming difficult for the victims to get justice from Tehsil Tamkuhi Raj. The complainant has said that if the encroachment is not vacated then a memorandum will be submitted to the Chief Minister to take action against the government employees for negligence in duty.
