Nevertheless, Mann stated that his authorities is working for the event of the area resulting from which the upgraded sugar mill has been constructed at a value of ₹296 crore. He stated that the mill has a capability of crushing 3,500 tonnes of sugar and homes a co-generation plant of 14 megawatts.

He stated that refined sugar will likely be produced on this mill, including that this would be the first cooperative sugar mill of the state to take action.

The CM stated that the mill has a goal of crushing 35 lakh quintals sugarcane within the present season, including that it’s an environmentally pleasant plant. He stated that the capability of the mill was 14,000 cubic metres each day and it’ll stop air pollution equal to that attributable to 30,000 automobiles within the atmosphere.

Taking a jibe at Akali leaders, the chief minister stated that regardless of “tall lip service, these leaders failed to deliver anything tangible to the people”. He stated, “Due to such misdeeds, the Akali leaders are now facing the public wrath.”
