Classic beauties had been on the roll throughout The Chandrika Devi Heritage Run held within the state capital on Sunday morning. Organised by Oudh Heritage Automotive Membership in affiliation with Uttar Pradesh Tourism, the run began from the latter’s headquarters in Gomti Nagar.

Tourism and Tradition Division, principal secretary, Mukesh Meshram flagged off the rally that went previous Ring Street, Sitapur Street and Chandrika Devi Temple Street and concluded at OHCC member Capt Paritosh Chauhan’s farmhouse. Additionally current on the flag off was movie maker Muzaffar Ali.

Different classic vehicles which participated included Land Grasp, Fiat Spider, Jaguar, Buick, VW Beetle and Volvo Amazon.
The members and nature fans joined for a Sunday brunch, they usually went for a nature path within the close by inexperienced cowl and by the Gomti riverside. Some went for the boat journey too.
“Away from the hustle-bustle of the city, this is a welcome change and people enjoyed coming so close to nature and enjoying the open surroundings and the scenic riverside,” says Chahuan.
Initiated by the membership president PND Singh, the run geared toward encouraging long-distance classic drives, preserving the outdated vehicles match sufficient to cowl these distances.
