Kamlya Rago Nirguda was arrested by the Panvel Taluka police underneath part 103 (homicide) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita on Tuesday after authorities had been alerted by a village police constable who found a lady mendacity unconscious in a pool of blood. Nirguda was current on the scene.
