When the mom discovered that her daughter was pregnant, she took the minor into confidence and the latter mentioned that she was in a bodily relationship with the boy on a number of instances from 2022 to 2024.
The police have booked the minor accused beneath related sections of the Safety of Youngsters from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
