Former Nationwide Institute of Open Education (NIOS) chairperson Saroj Sharma has not been faraway from the put up however repatriated to her father or mother cadre in accordance along with her request, the institute stated on Saturday.

Earlier this month, the Gujarat authorities cancelled Sharma’s appointment because the vice-chancellor of the Indian Institute of Instructor Training (IITE). She was appointed to the put up on September 5 however was but to take cost.

She refused to touch upon the suicide controversy, saying “a probe is underway”.
