The nation is mourning the dying of former PM Manmohan Singh, who died aged 92. He was admitted to Delhi AIIMS after abruptly dropping consciousness at house. After reportedly being admitted at round 8 pm, he died at 9:51 on December 26. Tributes from across the nation are pouring in on social media, together with one from tech mogul Anand Mahindra. In his put up, he bid farewell to the legendary politician, including, “You loved this nation”.

“With profound grief, we inform the demise of Former Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, aged 92. He was being treated for age-related medical conditions and had sudden loss of consciousness at home on 26th December 2024. “Resuscitative measures were started immediately at home. He was brought to the Medical Emergency at AIIMS, New Delhi at 8:06 PM. Despite all efforts, he could not be revived and was declared dead at 9:51 PM,” AIIMS mentioned in an announcement.
